No current public OPSO records-counter hours, dedicated online booking-photo request form, or booking-photo fee schedule was verified. Ask for the records custodian's current procedure before visiting. Police reports follow a different route: the NOPD Records & Identification Division is at 1615 Poydras Street, New Orleans, LA 70112, with records phone 504-658-5455 and non-emergency or police-report phone 504-821-2222. Its public counter is generally open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; check the live page before travel.

The needed office depends on the record and custody stage:

• For an OPSO booking sheet or booking photograph, use the Orleans Parish arrest-record request steps, then contact the sheriff's records custodian.
• For an NOPD arrest report or official investigation photo, use the NOPD police-report request route or the records counter above.
• For someone just arrested or currently held, check the OPSO detainee search. A dated NOPD offense log is not proof of jail custody.
• For release or transfer alerts, use LA VINE or VINELink. OPSO alone controls detention and release decisions.
• For a final case result or certified disposition, contact the Orleans Criminal District Court clerk at 2700 Tulane Avenue, 504-658-9000.
• For a state-sentenced person, use Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections resources. State prison custody is distinct from a new parish booking.
• For federal or immigration custody, use the Federal Bureau of Prisons or ICE locator. Neither is an Orleans Parish jail roster.
